Administration Assistant & Receptionist

Saige Accountants and Financial Planners, located in Erina on the Central Coast, are looking for a receptionist and administrative assistant to be the glue that connects our day-to-day operations. With our broad base of both business and individual customers, you will deal with a variety of people from business owners, entrepreneurs, young couples, mum and dad’s, retirees and more.
To be successful in this role you need to be an excellent communicator, be super organised and have an amazing attention to detail. This role connects our customers to the financial expertise we provide at Saige so is at the hub of our practice and reputation.
Receptionist duties:
Being the face of operations, you be on the front line with our customers and staff:
- Responding to daily correspondence by phone, email & post.
- Managing a front desk presence for incoming visitors and couriers.
- Ensuring clients have an impeccable experience when they come in for appointments.
- Keeping on top of office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Collating documents and managing outgoing mail.
Administration duties:
This role will gain valuable experience in a busy office environment and exposure to accounting and financial services practices. You will help administer:
- Lodging tax returns & activity statements.
- Registering business names, ABN’s & Tax File Numbers.
- Organising SMSF audit administration.
- Maintain client ASIC registrations and details.
- Organising weekly banking.
The right candidate will ideally have experience in a customer facing role and have an understanding of a modern professional office environment. Above all else, proactivity is essential in taking initiative to do what it takes to make our customers happy.
